It can accommodate six people, possibly seven, with three large bedrooms (one with a fire place), three bathrooms, a large sitting room with fire place, a dining room, a kitchen and a veranda on its southern side, with a splendid view of the golf course and view on the hills of Chianti.
The house is elegantly decorated with stylish fabrics and furniture. It has air conditioning, telephone, TV (satellite dish), and all necessary household appliances. There is a garage and an outdoor parking.
